How can I register for classes?
We can be found on the MindBody app where you can register for classes and view our schedule. You can also follow the links on our schedule and pricing pages to register for classes. You do need to create a MindBody account which is very quick. Walk ins are totally welcome anytime and we will give tours anytime! We recommend that you sign up in advance for classes though so you are guaranteed a spot.
Who can take classes at the pink studio?
We welcome people (14+) of all dance levels and background, female and male. Classes will range from beginner to intermediate and perfect for those looking to get back in touch with their former dancer, continue to strengthen their skills, improve their fitness or total beginners! All participants under 18 years of age, MUST complete a Parental Consent Form before attending their first class.
Can my child hang out in the waiting area while I take class?
We do not have childcare on site. Due to safety considerations, children are not allowed to be in the waiting area unsupervised during the class. If they have a caregiver over the age of 14 who is responsible for their safety and with them at all times, they are welcome to be in the waiting area. For the safety of children and out of respect for the experience of other guests in the class we cannot allow children to watch the class inside the studio. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
What is the proper footwear for dance classes?
Any shoes worn in the studio must be CLEAN INDOOR shoes for the protection of our dance flooring! For the classes that say heels optional (Broadway or Beyonce) a THICKER heel is great and will help with stability (no need to be a hero in stilettos). Also a sneaker wedge is a fantastic heel option. Sneakers are perfect for hip hop, pop dance and hiit. Bare feet or socks are great for yoga, pilates and barre.
Is there parking?
We don't have designated parking. There is paid parking on Danforth Ave and free parking on all the surrounding side streets. We are also a 2 min walk from Woodbine subway station.
